OUR TEAM

Erin O’Hearn

President and Producer

Erin started her career in the city that never sleeps. After a summer internship confirming creative types are willing to take on starving artists' roles if it means living in New York City, she accepted a role as a Production Assistant for the News and Documentary Department at MTV. After two years of eating ramen noodles and living in bedrooms without windows, Erin earned a promotion to Series Associate Producer for the "True Life" Series. In 2002, Erin transitioned to local TV News as an anchor and reporter. Like most people, Erin hates traffic but was hired as a traffic reporter at the Time Warner Station in Albany, NY. She did not care for that much either, so she quickly cut her teeth as a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor. Next stop, the ABC station in Raleigh, North Carolina. ABC then moved her to the iconic 6ABC in Philadelphia. Erin covered everything from politics to hurricanes (and often political hurricanes). Her travels brought her to Los Angeles and Egypt and many places in between. Erin was the only on-air journalist to report live from the St. Charles Seminary in Philadelphia, where Pope Francis delivered a Catholic Mass broadcasted around the nation. Erin also served as SVP of Development for OAKZ Media, overseeing the production of documentaries, digital marketing content, and multiple television series. In 2002, she was offered a freelance anchor position at MSNBC and was fortunate enough to do some reporting for the Today Show. Erin is now focused on utilizing her journalism and production skills to connect people, businesses and non-profits through storytelling. While her career has undoubtedly been fulfilling, her most important role is mom to three kids. She spends most of her time on the sideline of various sports fields or overwhelmed by a multitude of team apps trying to implement box breathing to calm her nerves. Erin is on the Board of Directors for Montgomery Child Advocacy Project, The Cornell Club of the Greater Philadelphia Area and is an active volunteer with HelpUsAdopt.org and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, which still baffles her because she is not very good at science.
